It is a superb base from which to experience the best Gascony and South West France have to offer, while further afield Biarritz, Bordeaux, Toulouse, the beautiful sandy beaches on the Atlantic coast, the Pyrenees ski slopes and Northern Spain are all within a couple of hours’ drive.
